I’m a coach and I want to take class. Is that allowed?

Yes! We typically have a few coaches who want to take class. We’d take class too if we could! However, if you are coming without a team and would like to dance, we ask that you register as a participant.

I need to leave early. Can I still attend camp?

Yes! We understand that our dancers may have prior commitments. Our camp ends on Day 2 with a showcase. If you have to leave early, please let your instructors know so they don’t set you in the showcase formations.

We love the music at Pro Action! How are we allowed to use it?

We work with our preferred partner at Sounds Like That / Power Music Cheer for all our custom mixes. The license covers use for live performances on the court, field, ice, etc. If you need royalty-free mixes, you can contact the team at Sounds Like That or Power Music Cheer.

I want to be sure my dancers can remember all the material. Can I film classes?

We understand that teams like to take pictures or share snippets of their time at camp. Please do! We want you to share your experience with your followers. We are proud of our events and how well our dancers do, and we want you to tell the world! However, please respect that filming any of our classes or material is not allowed.

If you bring 4 or more dancers to Pro Action Dance, or 8 or more dancers to Pro Action Prep, you will be given free access to our Vimeo account post-camp. This channel will include professional videos of all the dances to make sure your team can make the most use out of the material. If you bring less that the minimum dancers, you can purchase access to our Vimeo channel.

I’m trying to plan travel. What does the schedule look like?

Pro Action starts bright and early on Day 1. Most teams come in the day/night beforehand. For our Pro dancers, we have a Pro only class the night before Day 1. We would suggest our Pro dancers get into Vegas before 3pm to have time to settle in before getting to the Pro Only class.

For everyone else, registration happens the day before Day 1, but we understand if you can’t make it in early. You can register the morning of if need be.

On Day 2, we end around 6pm. You should be fine with flights leaving around 9pm if you plan to leave same day.

For Pro Action Dance, we have negotiated discounted rates at the hotel. Please be sure to follow the link on our website and book before the deadline to secure these special rates!

I’m trying to pack. What do we need to bring?

Pro Action Dance is a two-day dance intensive. You will be dancing hard. You will be sweating! Our dancers typically wear matching athletic wear that represents their team. Having different options for shoes - both tennis shoes and jazz shoes - is most common. If your team uses poms, bring them. We have classes in all styles at Pro Action.

At the end of Day 1, we have our famous Pro Action Cocktail Extravaganza. Our dancers usually bring something nice to wear to this.

Lastly, Day 2 ends with a showcase. You are allowed to wear whatever you want for this. Our teams usually wear their performance outfits/uniforms. We like to end the intensive on a little glitz and glam.
