2023 Connecticut Sun Dance Team
Pro Action Dance is currently accepting video submissions for the 2023 Connecticut Sun Dance Team. Please see below for requirements and instructions
We are looking for versatile dancers with talent in jazz, hip hop and/or pom to engage with Sun fans on the court and in the crowd. The contract runs April-September. Dancers should be available for all home games, practices and appearances upon request. Games will take place in Mohegan Sun, CT. Must be 18 years or older to apply.
Round 1 - Preliminary Auditions
Each candidate should email proaction@proactiondance.com the following:

Two references

Two current photos

1 video link via Dropbox or YouTube. Video should include the following:

Introduction with your full name, location, and a fun fact. We want to see your personality Example, “Hello, my name is Reggie, I’m from California and a fun fact about me is that I can do 200 pushups while singing!”

1 minute dance routine showcasing styles in either traditional jazz, pom, jazz funk and or hip hop. Feel free to add special skills such as tumbling, tricks, breakdancing, acro, etc.

Deadline to submit videos is April 4th
Round 2 - Zoom Interviews
Zoom interviews will take place April 4th & 5th.
Round 3 - Live Audition
The live audition will take place Saturday, April 8th. Location TBD.
